Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- All returned items must be in their original packaging
- Footwear should not show signs of wear or damage
- Original proof of purchase is required
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing Time:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days after approval (processing time depends on your financial institution)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will go back to your PayPal account.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color of the same item, we’ll process your exchange once we receive your return. For exchanges to a different product, you’ll need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.
